As soon as possible, you will receive a clear evaluation of the offers for which we have options. In addition to the facts and prices, you will also receive pictures so that you can get a first overall impression.
Our service is free of charge for you, because we are paid by the hotels.
The only condition: No parallel inquiries are placed with other hotels or agencies (see point “Trust”). Otherwise, we will have to charge for our working time.
Trust can only be built when both sides work together. Once we have started the planning process together/with you, we ask you not to make any parallel enquiries with other agencies or hotels. Because we are transparent in our work, we will of course respect your decision if you choose to use a different service provider, and we will be happy to maintain an open and transparent exchange with you.
Once you have decided on a hotel, we will request the contract for you. The contract is concluded between your company and the hotel or location.
As your point of contact, we are available to assist you until the day of arrival. For example, we will remind you of cancellation deadlines in good time. We are also happy to help with invoice control.
Hotels are our specialty. Over the years, we have also built up a good network of contacts with many other service providers in the event industry and are happy to help with topics such as technology, transfers or incentives.
We are also happy to assist you with project management and on-site event support.
